Its structure a little bit more and then bounces you forward so for me this is actually working really well so far it's been a shoe that I'm really liking and it's for the amount of Stack you have and the foam in the midsole you have and the weight that it's come down to is is pretty crazy in my eyes so um I did forget to say that the super blast is a dual density midsole we have fly foam turbo for the majority of it but then this kind of seafoam green piece here is also blast plus which is in the Nova blast so you get a little bit of that softer underfoot on the very bottom by the actual rubber of the outsole but then you get the most turbo probably for 80 90 percent of the shoes midsole composition there so a couple quick differences there as far as the upper goes a little bit more streamlined in the super blast a little bit more plush in the Nova blast three midsole they're both bouncy but you have a little bit more of a softer kind of plushy feeling in the Nova gloss even though there's a little bit less foam but you get a lot more bounce out of the super blast so a little bit more of a resilient like a little less compliancy but it does bounce off a lot harder so those are probably the biggest differences I know notice
